Heater Purge Desiccant Dryer (SPH)
SPH Series Heater Purge Desiccant Dryer
A heater purge dryer that uses about 8% of the dried outlet compressed air for regeneration. Its simple design makes it easy to operate and well suited to maintaining a stable very low dew point.
Simple design, stable very low dew point: SPH
The SPH series is a heater purge dryer that uses about 8% of the dried outlet compressed air for every regeneration cycle and then vents it.
Its simple configuration makes operation relatively easy, and its strength is maintaining a stable very low dew point.
Key features
Reduced compressed air consumption (about 8%)
Stable very low dew point
Relatively easy operation
Optimal operating cost through dew point-controlled operation

Standard conditions
Inlet air pressure | 7 barg (STD) |
Inlet air temperature | 40℃ (STD) |
Guaranteed outlet dew point | -40℃ (STD) |
Cycle time | 8 hr/cycle (4 hr adsorption, 4 hr regeneration) |
Where a very low dew point (around -80 °C) is required, we use a desiccant combination (activated alumina + molecular sieve).
Options
Modified inlet and outlet conditions (other than dew point)
PLC Controller & Touch Screen
Upper control valves (check valves as standard)
Alternative materials for lower and upper piping and vessels
Dew point-controlled operation (DPOS)
