Heat-of-Compression Heater Non-Purge Desiccant Dryer (SNHH)

A model that uses the second- and third-stage heat of compression from the air compressor (about 100 °C) as the regeneration heat source, reducing electric heater power. A closed-loop circuit recirculates the regeneration air instead of venting it, cutting energy losses.

Desiccant Air Dryers

Dryers that remove moisture from compressed air with a desiccant to deliver dry air with a dew point of around -40 °C. By regeneration method they divide into purge types (heatless, heater purge, blower heater purge) and non-purge types (heat of compression, blower heater). GENEQ designs and builds all five series in-house.
