A model that uses the second- and third-stage heat of compression from the air compressor (about 100 °C) as the regeneration heat source, reducing electric heater power. A closed-loop circuit recirculates the regeneration air instead of venting it, cutting energy losses.
Turning wasted heat of compression into regeneration heat: SNHH
The SNHH series takes the air compressor's second- and third-stage heat of compression (about 100 °C), reheats it with a heater and uses it to regenerate the adsorption tower.
The air used for regeneration is not vented but recirculated in a closed loop, and because heat that already exists is put to use, electric heater power is reduced as well.
