The SM2100 is a compact turbo compressor for low- to mid-flow applications. Its minimal-footprint design suits sites where installation space is limited,
and depending on the options selected it is configured to your needs, from a highly expandable standard model to a plug-and-play package model.
With no oil in the compression chamber, the 100% oil-free design supplies clean compressed air to ISO 8573-1 Class 0.
Key features
Custom configuration by adding or omitting the base frame, cooling water manifold and enclosure
Pinion gears run on tilting pad journal bearings for stable operation and a semi-permanent service life (bearings can be replaced individually as operating conditions require)
Vibration sensor, oil heater and oil tank vacuum gauge included as standard
Meets API specifications with a four-stage sealing system that minimizes gas leakage
High-efficiency inlet guide vane (IGV) cuts power consumption through part-load control
Precision 5-axis machined impellers for optimal stability and efficiency
